If you are not satisfied with your product (and as long as there is no obvious damage by your dog (chewing, etc), I will give a full refund within 14 days of purchase.


PLEASE NOTE:  ONCE A SHIPMENT LEAVES OUR STORE AND IS IN THE HANDS OF THE POSTAL SERVICE, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE.  IF YOU USE PRIORITY MAIL, IT DOES COME WITH POSTAL INSURANCE AND ONLY THEN WILL THE POSTAL SERVICE REIMBURSE YOU.  BUT ANYTHING THAT GOES FIRST CLASS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO COVER EXPENSES FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN ISSUED AND THE SHIPMENT LEAVES OUR OFFICE.
